The Management Committee is pleased to announce that DLA Catering Ltd will provide Catering Services to the Club, commencing on Wednesday 26th February with some limited available menus to start.
The DLA team includes Laurent Creusevaut (Executive Head Chef), his wife Ann (Front of House Manager) and David Dwyer (Administration, Finance, Legal and HR aspects of the business).
Laurent has extensive experience gained from working in professional kitchens. Originally trained in classic French style, he moved to Ireland sixteen years ago. He has worked as head chef in many award-winning restaurants like the Unicorn in Baggot Street, Moloughneys in Clontarf and the Oarhouse in Howth.
Ann Creusevaut has vast experience having worked as Group Restaurant Manager for two of Dublin’s quality high profile restaurant groups, namely FX Buckley, Coopers and also the Oarhouse.
