Subscriptions – Second Moiety (1st May to 31st October):
The Management Committee would sincerely like to thank all Members who, to date, have paid the second moiety of the annual subscription for which invoices were sent out by email and became due on 1st May.
In accordance with Rule 41.2 of the Club Constitution, any Member who has not paid the second moiety of his/her annual subscription (1st May to 31st October) unfortunately, shall be ineligible to enter his/her name on any timesheet or to play in any competition run by the Club or the Men’s, Ladies’ or Bowling Club from the 1st June until the outstanding fees are paid. However, because of the Bank Holiday weekend and the cut-back in staff shifts, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Management Committee has extended the time limit for Members who have yet to pay the second moiety of the annual subscription to Friday 5th June.
Any Member who has not paid all outstanding fees/ levies by Friday 5th June shall be ineligible to enter his/her name on a timesheet from Saturday, 6th June until the outstanding fees are paid. In accordance with Rule 41.2 of the Club Constitution any Member whose annual subscription or part thereof, and/or other monies due, are two months in arrears shall cease to be a Member of the Club.
Our President, Tommy Cooke, in his letter to Members dated 30th April stated:
“As you can appreciate, The Clontarf Golf and Bowling Club is suffering an important loss of income. Our only source of income at present is the Members’ subscriptions, the second moiety of which is to be paid from 1st May. We are now totally dependent on this income to maintain our Course, Bowling Green, Clubhouse and facilities.”

Members who wish to pay by Debit/Credit Card, Cheque or Cash should contact Audrey at Reception (833 1892) on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays between the hours of 9.30am and 5.30pm or Michelle on Thursdays and Fridays.
If there are any changes to these arrangements, due to measures that we may have to take as a result of Covid-19, the Management Committee will keep you informed.
