In order for prize winner's score to be verified and to receive prize where all is in order, a legible photo of scorecard is to be sent via text or Whatsapp to Tournament Secretary. This requirement was set out in Procedures for Ladies' Competitions document which was e-mailed to all members in ladies' section on Friday 3rd July 2020 and is posted on noticeboard in locker room. Legible photo of scorecard is to be received by 9pm on Monday 27th July 2020.
